Dear Spirit to Spirit friend,
When we take a moment to look around....isn't it extraordinary to observe that everything we look at is its own uniqueness.
Every person, every animal,
every tree, every flower,
every insect....
every living being on our planet and every thing is unique, the only one if its kind.
If we really take that in, truly recognize that as we meet our animal family members and all animals, how does that impact how we are with each one.
Perhaps it means that although we recognize traits of a breed or species as part of our his/her nature, we understand that is only one aspect of the incredible complexity of qualities that is our animal family member. Can we continually be open to and curious about the distinct colors and tones that make up our animal's physicality, mentality, emotionality, personality. Always sitting in wonder as to how this being expresses his/her one-of-a-kind qualities in life.
There is no one- and never will there be anyone- exactly like our animal beloved. His/her uniqueness is just that. A snowflake, never two the same.
And....understanding that each one's uniqueness is an astonishing expression of that which is Greater, that which underlies all life and expresses Itself in and through all of our lives. By any name: Spirit, Divine, Consciousness, God. That which manifests into form- the form of our animal family member. How privileged we are to be able to witness Spirit as the most magical and magnificent rainbow of colors that is our animal beloved.
